ABOUT ME
My names Callum, I've been a personal trainer for the last 8 years and started my own fitness journey over 12 years ago. During all this time I've had the pleasure of coaching people from all over, on how to improve their overall quality of life through lifting. In a time where fancy shit sells, I'm a big believer in prioritising strong basics and have no doubt, that if we work together we'll find the right plan for you.

From The Ground Up - ebook
12 weeks of structured training for a one off payment! No experience needed. Each week will consist of 4 full body workouts with a huge focus on the fundamental lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, presses etc) along with some skill work and conditioning. The goal being to build good basics!

Brick By Brick - ebook
Over the 8 weeks you will train on a 4 day, full body split with a massive focus on being explosive, rotating, carrying, jumping and generating as mush force as you can. You will also have some optional engine workouts to add on or build into your programme depending on your goal

Spending 2-3 hours in the gym working on one muscle group isn't realistic for most people. People don't want to be walking around in agony for half a week before they can train again. So full body with intent and a focus on each muscle group, in half the amount of time was the aim of this programme. Expect 4 days of lifting with lots of volume and the intensity building over the 9 weeks.
